It is a quite quiet neighbourhood, very enjoyable. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: RENT: *820€ p/m (all incl.)* - Will increase every July according the law Utilities included: Wifi(kpn) / Gas-Electricity(oxxio) / Water(waternet) / Washing-machine subscrption(splash) . You will share the apartment with 3 other international/dutch roommates between 24-29, ending their studies and/or working already. Odysseas, Helia and Iris. To be shared: - Kitchen - Living room - Bathroom - Toilet - Balcony - A shed (outside the house) The room comes furnished, so expect fees upon entering the room.
