Characteristic fully furnished 10m private room offered in one of the safest Area of the City Center coming free the 3th of July, not earlier.Newly renovated. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, table and 1 chair, closet, and has WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine. It has a balcony, which is situated on the south, so sun all day. Wooden floor. No shared livingroom. You’ll be sharing the rest of the apartment with a couple who has two children (10 and 6 years old) The children of the couple are relaxed however you must be ok with it and one other international girl from 24 year old. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. No shared living room. WIFI available. Kitchen is fully equipped. Everybody works and is easygoing. Rent is 1000, - a month, all included. Available from the 3th of July 2025, not earlier. No couples.Public transport stops in front of the apartment. It is perfectly situated at the corner of the Jordaan and Westerpark where either expats or local people living here. It is not the touristic side of town, so you can perfectly sleep at night. Just a very safe and calm area. The library is across the street and a gym.Everybody works fulltime and is easygoing.If you’re looking for a room in a clean house with responsible people who all work fulltime, a room in an apartment which is fully accommodated in one of the safest areas of the city center of Amsterdam, then this place would be suitable.The perfect person for us is a calm and responsible and respectful girl/ woman between 18 and 27, who works or studies fulltime, or is doing her internship. A girl/ woman who also likes a clean house and parties outside the house and doesn’t mind living with a family who has kids. It is not a party house. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and homely setting. Because it is fully furnished the only thing you would need to bring is your bag of clothes, all the other equipment to live is already there. (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towel etc.) That’s why it is also perfect for a short stay. We are very keen on hygiene and are aware of the climate. We prefer a person who does not work/study from home. Although you can study from the library which is across the street. In the same building there is two other rooms coming free in the apartment above (see my other ad) and also an attic room from the same apartment (see my other ad). The room is only available for one month, but it’s ideal if you’re looking for a place in Amsterdam and want to attend viewings in person.If seriously interested, please introduce yourself properly with a picture.
