Hello! My lovely flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to replace her. I'm hoping to find someone like-minded to make this flat a home. This is a queer friendly space, and I cant accept students unfortunately.About the flat: It is located on a quiet street in de Baarsjes, just a few minutes walking from Rembrandtpark and close to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants. The room is on the smaller side, 7.6 m2, and comes unfurnished, though the bed might stay. It does have access to the balcony and the rest of the flat is quite spacious. The flat itself needs a few decorating touches here and there but I'm happy to partner up with the next flatmate to sort this out! A heads up: the agency we let from has an income requirement for those with a non-permanent work contract, but will accept an extra security deposit as an alternative.A bit about myself- My name is Tess, I am 28, Swedish, I've lived in Amsterdam since 2018, and work in cafés and fitness. I grew up in Italy and have since also lived in London and Glasgow, and over the last 10 years I have mostly shared my living space with other people which I really enjoy. I love all kinds of nature excursions, reading, films, gardening, writing, baking, dogs, beach days. I'd definitely say I'm an introvert and home is a place I come back to to rest, my partying days are mostly behind me and I'm fully embracing a slower pace in life. In terms of the flat, I especially value kindness and open communication. It's important to me that there's a nice atmosphere in the house, that everyone helps to keep it clean, and that everyone's daily rhythms are respected. If any of this resonates with you, please tell me a bit about yourself: how old are you? What are the perks of living with you? How do you like to spend your time? What are your values? Whatever you think reflects you best Look forward to hearing from you! I will do my best to get back to you.
