A large and fully furnished room for rent in the calm and secure neighbourhood Rivierenbuurt / Scheldebuurt, close to de Pijp and RAI. Available long or short term from mid-January onwards. Females only. The apartment will be shared with 2 other females. Short and long term accommodation and registration negotiable, minimum stay should be 2 months. Utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet); household staples (detergents, toilet and kitchen rolls etc.) and periodical cleaning of common areas are included in the rent. The room is suitable for one individual only (no couples). Students or young professionals are welcome, as long as they can prove having sufficient income/funds or designate a guarantor. The room is fully furnished and lockable, has a cm bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chairs, carpet, curtains, light fixtures, and a big built-in wardrobe. You will be receiving bed linen and towels as well. Easy and fast transport to many locations (Centraal, Zuidas etc) by tram lines 4 and 12. Europaplein station for Nord-Zuid metro (Lijn 52) is 10 minutes and RAI train/metro station is 15 minutes away by walk. You can cycle to Zuidas. Amstelstation is also easily accessible. Plenty of shopping amenities, cafes and restaurants nearby, as are lively streets such as Maasstraat, Scheldestraat, and Rijnstraat. The house is fully equipped with a combi fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, full-size oven, microwave, kettle, coffeemaker, vacuum cleaner, steam tank iron, hair dryer etc. The kitchen is also very well equipped. All machines and equipment are high-quality brands. The kitchen (which doubles as a living room), the bathroom and the toilet will be shared. This is not a party house, it will be ideal for people living a calm and normal life and minding their own business.
