Rent ~€990 / month, including utilities and services costs Deposit: €1450 About the Apartment -79 m² with elevator -Fully furnished (including your room)& renovated -Dishwasher, Oven, Washing machine, TV, etc. fully equipped -Good sound insulation -Sunny and cheerful -3 min walk to metro -20-25 min to city centre -Close to AH, Lidl, and other shops -Indoor bike storage + extra storage room About You & What I Value Most (Please read carefully) Since I live here myself and treat this apartment as a real home, I am looking for a responsible young professional or mature student who shares the same mindset. My ideal flatmate is someone who: -Deeply respects shared spaces: You clean up immediately after cooking, wipe the counters, and leave the bathroom ready for the next person. A tidy home is my top priority. -Is honest and transparent: If something breaks, gets damaged, or isn't working-just tell me! We can always try to find a solution. Hiding issues is my biggest dealbreaker. -Communicates constructively: You are open to friendly feedback without getting defensive. A simple "Oops, forgot to clean that, I'll do it now!" works perfectly for me. -Respects house rules independently: You value a peaceful environment and don't need constant reminders to do basic chores or follow agreed-upon rules. -Has a good sense of shared responsibility: You notice when something needs attention and take small actions to keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone. -Takes care of the property: You treat the furniture, floors, and appliances with care and respect, as you would in your own home.
