The student apartment is a fully furnished studio that is located in the building of StuNest Spartaan. This apartment has a private bathroom and a kitchen. The studio comes with the following items such as a sofa, box spring (cm), dining table including two chairs, curtains, coffee table, wardrobe, cabinet and a standing lamp. The kitchen area includes a kitchenette with refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and an extractor hood. Lightning is also provided in the apartment. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, mirror and a shower. This is StuNest Spartaan, 361 co-living apartments for urban young professionals and students located in Amsterdam West. You will become part of the StuNest Spartaan community. You have access to the co-work, laundry area, the rooftop terrace and the two indoor bicycle storages. All tenants are always invited to our social drinks or maybe we see you at one of our sports- or social events. Furthermore, next to the assistance of the house management (community manager), we take care of the heating, electricity, water, TV/internet (signal supply), furnishing (common areas and individual apartment), painting, cleaning, and glass washing of the communal areas so that our tenants can make optimal use of them. Moreover, the apartments are delivered with fire-safe curtains. You can use the parcel delivery to have your ordered packages delivered should you not be at home and a service plan is included (concerning minor repairs). In terms of security, we ensure that there are fire extinguishers, 24-hour service contracts for various installations & security cameras in/around the general areas. In addition, the ventilation systems are cleaned and maintained, we take care of greenery ., roof garden, and pest control if required. Finally, the non-residential service costs, include events/activities organized by StuNest Spartaan, such as community drinks, organized sports activities, or creative workshops.
