Hi there! One bedroom available to rend in a 2-bedroom apartment in Amsterdam. I am looking for a working professional (28+). Registration is required. Availability: The room is available from April 7th. About the Apartment: The apartment is fully furnished and very well connected. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The two bedrooms are compact, so the third room has been turned into a shared walk-in closet/storage space. • Europaplein metro station just across the street • 7-minute walk to RAI train station • Bus and tram lines 2 minutes walking • AH supermarket and Trainmore gym just 2 minutes walking Rent & Costs: Rent: €1450/month (gross monthly salary must be at least 3x the rent) Deposit: €2900 Bills: electricity, gas , water, internet and biweekly cleaning service are additional (exact amount varies, approx 175€) Who You'll Be Living With: I am Flavia, Brazilian ,33 years old, who relocated to Amsterdam last August to work as a Solutions Engineer. Before that , I lived the past 11 years in Dublin, Ireland. I am respectful, clean, and active (enjoys fitness, cycling, dancing, eating well, and taking care of my mental well-being through meditation and stretching). I appreciate routine but also social and easy to get along with. I value a calm, clean home with good energy. Who I am Looking For: Ideally, you're someone who is looking for a home, not just a place to sleep. You are: • A non-smoker (including vaping) • Clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces • Mindful of noise and smells • Comfortable with open and honest communication • Someone who naturally takes initiative and contributes equally - no need for chore charts • Respectful of privacy and a peaceful home environment • Preferably not working fully remote • Not into hosting parties or playing loud music, especially during quiet hours (10pm-8am).
